Meditation for Lowering Blood Pressure

Common Sense thoughts and scriptures:

Blood is Life

“Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life, and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭12:23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Blood is life and Joy is Strength.

“: ...for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

‭‭Nehemiah‬ ‭8:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Higher blood pressure is a message from the brain that more blood is needed and quickly. The heart responds to that message with an increase in the heart rate, pushing blood through as fast as possible, hitting against veins, arteries, and organs.

But for the believer, our heart pumps “joy” all through the body. God’s Joy in the body is not violent; and should therefore not hit up against your veins or arteries in a violent manner.

No organ in the body should function abnormally unless it receives an instruction to participate in a fight or flight (or panic response) situation.

“Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭31:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Meditation

In Christ, my body is allowed to circulate life (blood) and joy all through his territory. My heart has the strength to pump the exact force needed to circulate blood throughout my body constantly. This is the life force that brings me joy, health, and strength. It is not permitted to hit against my veins and organs in a violent manner.

The gift of perfect peace and calm is the regulator, providing normal blood pressure and heart function.  In Jesus Name, Amen.

"The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭KJV
